We met a tourist guide at the station. At first glance we thought we would avoid such vendors. But then we were worries about seeing Mt. Merapi which is one of the most dangerous volcanoes in the world. Just exploded recently. So we thought we better have a local with us.

We hired a car to take us to
1. Borobudur
2. Prambanan
3. Merapi
4. Depok San dunes

We have spoken a deal of 40 USD for 8 hours. To take us to all the sites above. An additional hour above the 8 hours will cost us 2.5 dollars.

Included pics of the agent and other details. He even has a notebook with entries from various nationals recommending his good work. Will update as I visit each site.
